We are seeking a strong Senior Account Executive – Europe to join our growing sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales Europe, you will be responsible for increasing POTLOC’s European customer portfolio using a multichannel approach (Alliances, business providers, key accounts…).

2021 is going to be a critical year in Potloc’s development, and you want to be a part of it! We are currently mainly focused on France but our objective is to shoot for the stars and expand throughout Europe. Our clients include Consulting Firms (Roland Berger, Bain & Company, BCG), Research firms, Marketing Agencies, Media, Retailers (Decathlon, Kiabi, UGC…), Brands (L’Oréal, Royal Canin…). As Senior Account Executive, you would be a key member of our growing team and of Potloc’s success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to ambitious sales targets: 600K€ for the first year, 800K€ year 2.
  • Close multiple business accounts & develop great working relationships with each customer touchpoint
  • Be a driver of client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction
  • Manage and coach a dedicated Sales Development Representative
  • Work closely with our Customer Success and Research Departments on day-to-day operational processes
  • Partner with internal teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals
  • Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, follow-up carefully on open issues
  • Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels
  • Supervise and support sales representatives to ensure client satisfaction

Le profil recherché

  • You are fluent in English, your French is good
  • You have 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency with sales and marketing CRM / automation software (Hubspot)
  • Ability to shorten sales cycles and close deals promptly
  • You are a Sales Hacker capable of adapting your sales strategies to the realities of a growing startup
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: you like to meet new people
  • You enjoy learning and improvement, you want to progress in sales by investing the necessary efforts
  • You are ambitious and you want to join a growing team

  • Rémunération : Competitive salary + benefits package (package from 90K to 150K depending on experience)
