We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Team Lead Research Consulting – France (m/f/d) to lead our strong team of seven Research Consultants.
As Team Lead, you will play a key role in building and guiding our dynamic team in the French region. You will foster team development through market research expertise and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Your responsibilities include guiding and supporting our Research Consultants in their market research projects and helping them grow as researchers and as people. You will also advise and coach key clients through the entire market research process, from methodology selection to results interpretation, acting as a sparring partner and inspiring clients with customer-centric, agile research, and innovative methodologies.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the international Research Leadership Team (e.g., Germany, Spain, LatAm) on strategic projects that drive organizational and research excellence. You can expect to spend around 60% of your time on management and strategy and 40% on hands-on work with key clients and their projects.
You will thrive in this role if:
- You hold a degree in psychology, business administration, market research, statistics, or a related field
- You have profound knowledge of quantitative market research and/or research methods & statistics
- You have at least 5 years of experience supporting and consulting customers
- You have 5+ years of experience with market research, writing questionnaires, and/or conceptualizing studies
- You have 3+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, particularly in significant turnaround or fast scale-up environments
- You communicate confidently, clearly, and transparently in both French and English, facilitating seamless interactions across diverse teams and stakeholders
- You possess a hands-on mentality, pragmatism, proactivity, and an affinity for numbers and data
- You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to set up scalable frameworks and processes
- You exhibit a cooperative and caring attitude
